Scott Jurek won his third consecutive Spartathon, an Athens to Sparta ultrarun founded in 1982 to tour athletes though the classic Greek route. The Minnesota native ran the 152.8 mile course in just 22 hours and 20 minutes, beating out the runner up by a full 2.5 hours.
